AAAID (The Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development)

The Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) was established in 1976 with its legal entity as an independent financial agricultural investment institution, where twelve Arab states signed the legal documents of association.
The objectives of AAAID are : Development of agricultural resources in member states, Producing the maximum possible amounts of food Products, Increase the exchange of agricultural products and inputs between Arab Countries. This ois achieved through: promotion, financing and implementation of projects and other activities which are necessary or complementary to its investment and development activity, as well as through agricultural research and studies and cooperation with international, regional and national organizations involved in investment and development.
AARDO (Afro-Asian Rural Development Organization)

AARDO, formed in 1962, is an autonomous inter-governmental organisation comprising twenty eight members from Africa and Asia. AARDO is devoted to develop understanding among members for better appreciation of each others' problems and to explore, collectively, opportunities for coordination of efforts for promoting welfare and eradication of thirst, hunger, illiteracy, disease and poverty amongst rural people.
